Robotic Process Automation for businesses in Hong Kong

Many business processes, even in a modern city like Hong Kong, are still not as smart as they should be. Many office workers in Hong Kong are often busy entering and transferring data across multiple IT systems that do not talk to one other. To achieve seamless back-end integration of systems is almost impossible, with problems such as legacy software, prohibitive costs and complex technical requirements that will make even the most experienced software engineers feel inadequate.

Enter robotic process automation (RPA), where software robots control computers and complete jobs traditionally done by white-collar workers in Hong Kong. Our core product, Gleematic, is robotic software to help you automate manual business processes – especially the repetitive ones - so that you can free up your employees to do more value-added work. Software robots are flexible, trainable and can work with any system – even legacy ones.

Enhance your business process management with our help. Outsource tedious tasks to us, and we will help you take care of them in Hong Kong - no need for offshoring - with our virtual workforce. We call it robotic business process outsourcing (BPO). Our robots are coached and supervised by our employees - living, breathing humans - to ensure that all tasks are properly done to your satisfaction.

What is Robotic Process Automation?

According to Institute for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Artificial Intelligence, RPA is "the application of technology that allows employees in a company to configure computer software or a “robot” to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital systems."

That means RPA is a collective term for software-robots that can "see" the computer screen, and can control mouse clicks and keyboard strokes to help humans do things on computers.
